
Red Radish Color is obtained by extracting tuberous roots of Radish. Its a dark red powder, which easily soluble in water and ethanol, not soluble in oil.
The vivid red color is due to the high amounts of natural anthocyanins, it is fully water soluble.
It can be used for juice (flavor) drinks, confectionery wine, candy, jam, seasoning sauce, preserves, confectionery, confectionery, ice cream, popsicle and jelly.
